Roof Cleaning Process - How we do it

Our process is the safe and efficient ARMA (Asphalt Roof Manufacturer Association) recommended way.

We use special nylon brushes to manually loosen and brush off ALL moss that has attached itself to the asphalt shingles. We do this by hand to ensure we remove as much moss as possible minimize the amount of damage done to the shingles. This will generally remove 90-95% of the moss and debris.

We then use a leaf blower to remove all leaves, dirt, moss, and anything else on the roof and manually remove anything that is remaining.

After cleaning your roof and removing all debris, we apply a powdered moss-killing agent that raises the PH levels of the roof, killing any remaining moss and ensuring that there will be no continued moss growth for the next 6-12 months.

We also offer a Complete Protection Package for homeowners that want to ensure long term protection from the elements which includes soft-washing the roof with a liquid mixture that acts faster and lasts longer than the powdered agent.
